A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by messaging on Whatsapp or calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
RETURNS
Given that we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. On the exceptional case that the product delivered is damaged, we will send a replacement after verifying with the customer on a special case basis. For such issues, please contact our customer care team at hello@masterchow.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your order number for speedy damaged product redressal.
