Boil our thick, chewy wheat Udon Noodles for 6-7 mins until tender, strain and keep aside. In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, onions and chillies. Add cheese slices, water and combine until creamy.

Finally, for that extra 'oomph' factor, add a spoonful of Chilli Oil and serve hot!
