Ingredients
FOR 3-4 People SERVINGS
- 300gm Ramen Noodles – Master Chow
- Mixed vegetables of choice
- 2 tbsp Green Onion (chopped)
- Boiled eggs (optional)
- Kinky Korean- Masterchow
Instructions
- 400gm mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 stem celery
- 1 whole garlic (cut in half)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1 full onion (cut in half)
- 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
- 1 carrot (cut in big pieces)
- 2 Bay leaves
- 3 Elaichi/ Cardamom cloves
- 2 Star anise
- 1 tsp black peppercorn
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp Kinky Korean - Master Chow
- 6 cups water
