Threaded Paneer

Ingredients

FOR 2-3 People SERVINGS
  • 3 tbsp MasterChow Bang Bang Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Maida, (refined flour)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 100 gm Paneer
  • Spring roll wrappers - 2 or 3
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Water, as required
  • Chopped spring onions
  • MasterChow Momo Chutney
  • Mayonnaise ( 2 tbsp)

Instructions

  • Take the maida in a bowl, and add in MasterChow Bang Bang Sauce, mix well
  • Add some water and toss in chopped spring onions
  • Take the block of Paneer, cut into sticks, add the prepared marinade all over the paneer, and ensure it’s coated well
  • Meanwhile, take the spring roll sheets, roll them up tightly, and cut the roll so that thin strings of the wrapper are formed
  • Take a few stands of the spring roll, add in cornstarch water over them, place one stick of marinated paneer. Repeat this for each stick of paneer.
  • In a pan or deep dish, heat oil for frying. Once the oil is hot enough, fry each stick until golden brown
  • For dip, combine MasterChow Momo Chutney with some mayonnaise, mix well until smooth.
  • Serve the threaded paneer hot with the yum chutney for snacks!
